Our Programs

We reflect a holistic approach to empowerment,  believing true empowerment extends far beyond academics. To help children and youth truly thrive, they need emotional support, essential life skills, and a nurturing environment. That’s why our programs are designed to uplift not only students but also their families and communities.

SCHORLASHIP

Supporting students’ access to education through financial aid, including school fees, uniforms, and essential learning materials

HOLISTIC MENTORSHIP

Nurturing the emotional, mental, and personal growth of students alongside academics, to build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT

Equipping both youths and parents of sponsored students with the skills, mindset, and tools to create and sustain income-generating ventures

Empowering communities while advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

We believe that real change begins at the community level. Our programs are thoughtfully aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), addressing key areas such as quality education, gender equality, climate action, and good health and well-being. Through grassroots initiatives, partnerships, and youth empowerment, we are transforming lives and building resilient, informed communities for a sustainable future.

Testimonials

“As a mother, nothing hurts more than seeing your children full of potential but lacking the means to reach it. EDU-Initiative Kenya changed that for our family. When they sponsored two of my children, it was more than just support it was hope, dignity, and a future restored. But what means the most is that they didn’t stop with my children they saw me, too. They are signing me up for their Entrepreneurial Development Program to help me grow my small business so I can support my family fully and become independent in the long run. EDU-Initiative is not just investing in education they are building whole families, whole futures. I am proud to walk this journey with them”

AMINA CHARO

BENEFICIARY’S PARENT

“EDU-Initiative is not just changing students’ lives; I have seen them transform a family. Their approach gives people dignity and the tools to stand on their own, I pray that they get to reach as many people as possible to transform the entire community.”

Baya Ngala

community member

“Edu Initiative Kenya has supported three bright students from the school where I teach .students who were frequently sent home due to lack of school fees and had begun to lose hope. For the past year, they have remained in school, consistently attending classes and participating fully in all school activities. Their academic performance has improved tremendously—they are truly thriving. You can even see it in their faces  the confidence, the joy. And you can see the deep gratefulness in their parents’ eyes as well. These students come from very vulnerable families, and this support has been nothing short of life-changing. We are deeply thankful .”
