1. Baseline Survey

To ensure the effectiveness and relevance of our mentorship program, we conduct a comprehensive baseline survey to understand our participants. This critical initial activity enables us to :

  • gain a clear understanding of the current academic, emotional, and social realities facing the children in these communities.
  • Tailor our sessions to meet their unique needs, set measurable benchmarks for impact assessment, and design appropriate tools for monitoring progress throughout the program.
  • Identify individual needs for follow-up support, strengthen community engagement, and guide us in crafting a long-term sustainability plan for the program’s continued success.
